you need to ensure the offers presented are the actual offers.. instead of providing numbers then switching them at the last min even after agreement. in any other biz you would be bound to honor the product presented. so disappointing

Overall, I had a positive experience. The application was easy to complete, and the approval process moved at a fair pace. I did experience a small delay in receiving updates, but customer support was helpful, David is nice. Aside from that, everything went smoothly from start to finish.
